- $3500 to $4000
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree/Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, possess quantity surveying skills is a plus
- Experience in a marine construction company is favourable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD
Job Description
- Supervise building fire protection & security system
- Ensure compliance with Fire Code & Security requirements
- Conduct daily check on installation works
- Conduct coordination work with other trades.
- Assure compliance to code of practice.
- Understand of Fire & security system operation & function
- Prepare & submit permit to work application
- Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security system.
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
