Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification in Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 4 years of technical sales or engineering sales, preferably in M&E.
- Proven track of record achieving quota or target sales.
