Job Scope:
• Familiar with xero accounting software is a plus
• Preparation & sending Invoices to customers
• Prepare receivable and monthly outstanding report
• Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
• Take charge and handle administrative matters.
• Ad hoc duties/projects as and when required.
Requirement:
• Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Consolidation experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office application and use of accounting software (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be added advantage)
• Good sense of responsibility and attentive to details
• Work under stress and tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
