- Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm
- Office Location: Chin Bee Crescent (Boon Lay)
- Basic: $3500 to $4000 depending on the experience
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP and intermediate Excel skills.
- Minimum three years of experience in accounting roles.
- Diploma in Accountancy or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and bank reconciliations. (Key focus is on retail customers.)
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Generate reports for monitoring and analysis, such as AR/AP aging, expense reporting.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- GST submission/Government survey
- Assist in other accounting functions, e.g., intercompany billing/Inventory control.
