Role: Project Engineer (1 Year Contract)
Salary: Up to S$5,000 per month
Working Schedule: 5 day work week
Job Description:
• To be responsible for all the execution of Contracts progress.
• Monitor installation progress and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to guarantee timely delivery of assignments.
• To report and monitor of progress of project-to-Project Manager.
• Supervise and ensure work meets contract drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to create M&E-related documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, installations/T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and more.
• To coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate and prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Assist the Project Manager in negotiating and procuring supplies, equipment, and labor within the agreed budget.
• Conduct technical discussions with stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.
• To liaise and work with relevant authorities / subcontractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning.
• Experienced in electrical panel and wiring installation, BMS, and SCADA.
• Process utilities facilitation and hook-up: familiar with PCW, AEX, SOX, GEX, RODI, TCW, CDA, N2, City water.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning plans with subcontractors and customers.
Job requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3-5 years’ project engineer experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, and report generation.
• Fast learner & able to work independently.
