- General Admin Duties
- Answering Call
- Handle and follow up on customers' enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Reply Email from outside Parties
- Perform filing and other administrative duties.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments.
- Leading and teaching of new staff.
- Requirements:
- Participate in adaption of new technology including acquire of software and hardware.
- Communication with Service Providers. Able to speak and write in English is required.
- Operate printers, fax, scanners and other office equipments.
