· To handle and administer the entire on-boarding and off-boarding process
· Sorting candidates’ applications and collate all necessary documents required for identified candidates to be hired.
· Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
· Maintain and update e-administration portal with employee’s records and ensure personal documents are in in place
· Liaise with MOM, PLRD, other government agencies, recruitment teams, training school and/or other business units within the company
· Assist in the annual Security Grading Exercise
· Coordinating office activities
· Conducting Research and answering calls and recording messages
· Liaison person between Corporate and Operations Departments
· Prepare manpower reports and other ad-hoc reports as assigned
· Developing HR policies, updating Employee Handbook and ensure that HR policies are up-to-date and in compliance with the government’s labour legislations and regulations

· Assist in administrative matters e.g., raising of purchase requisition, liaising with vendors for quotations.
