- Project Management for Lifecycle, Capex Inhouse Projects
- Experience in Engineering Technology Projects – Automation Systems and Process, Infrastructure Networking, etc.
- Project planning, detail planning and support for the Project execution phase like Pre-cutover, cutover and post cutover.
- Pharma background is the must.
- Track progress, schedule, budget, scope and provide forecast.
- Project reporting to Project team, Stakeholders and Leadership team.
- Risk Management – Undertaking risk mitigations and effective deployment of action plans.
- Stakeholder Management – Interface with customers, vendors, contractors, and cross functional teams on regular basis ensuring all the required exchange of information happens timely.
- Vendor Management – Interface with vendors and contractors for the project / resources scope, schedule.
- Active co-ordination with cross functional stakeholders and global teams.
- Lead meetings, share minutes, and keep a close follow up of action items
