Managing e-commerce platforms involves tasks such as creating product listings, setting prices, and ensuring that all information on the platforms is accurate on a daily basis, to register, maintain, and communicate on industrial product e-commerce platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok/company website).
Position Requirements:
• Manage e-commerce platforms, such as creating product listings, pricing, and ensuring all information on all platforms is accurate daily. Register and maintain the company's presence on industrial e-commerce platforms, and communicate effectively (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok/company website).
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and handle returns or exchanges of customer orders. Implement, manage, and report advertising strategies to drive sales, as well as communicate with the sales team in China regarding delivery schedules, sourcing, customs clearance, and related matters.
• Handle daily operational tasks, including inventory, invoices, and document management.
• Strong commitment to work, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Basic bilingual (English and Mandarin) communication skills (working closely with customers).
• Ability to work independently.
• Drive initiatives and strategies to achieve specified business objectives.
• Business objectives.
• Develop and establish strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Develop existing business and identify/create new business portfolios to achieve established business goals.
• Responsible for developing overseas business on our e-commerce platforms.
• Identify sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and formulate overall solution proposals.
