Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer service for Project Dept (administration and shipping-related)
- Maintenance of SSBCSPL’s vendor approval list
- Monitor team members’ safety induction and other certification registries
- Check vendors’ invoices, and seek endorsement from HOD
- Manage vendor DOs and handover to Ops Dept. on time
- Tracking of Project’s document numbers
- Filling and documentation according to ISO standard
- Assist Project team in filing of project reports
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferable candidate possess at least Degree/Diploma in any fields
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Knowledge SAP is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
