Key Duties:
- Assist the operations team by providing administrative support, which includes managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing documentation.
- Aid in scheduling, deploying manpower, and allocating resources effectively to enhance the delivery of cleaning services.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and facilitate service arrangements in conjunction with the Cleaning sales and marketing department.
- Keep precise and current records of cleaning activities, client interactions, and operational metrics for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for the cleaning team, handling scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.
Prerequisites:
- Previous experience in administrative support positions.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, maintaining professionalism when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, exhibit initiative, and contribute positively to the work environment.
