- Reports to Construction Manager
- Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.
- Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinate all subcontractors
- Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor’s drawings and other submittals
- Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements are in accordance to specified standards.
- Able to keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations such as re-sequencing of work etc
- Conduct inspection with RE / RTO
- Liaise with Consultants / Site Supervision Team and prepare weekly progress reports
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
- At least 7 years of relevant site experience in architectural finishes work for building projects
- Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices
- Familiar with Planning Software(s) such as Primavera and MS Project
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Experience in construction of building projects with architectural finishes works
- Location: Punggol (Near MRT)
