Job Purpose
The role will drive strategic changes in Operations to transform the Operations Team in meeting new demands and challenges.
Job Description
- Driving process improvements, looking at gaps and improving controls
- Coordinating with Coach Teams/HO/IT on enhancements and perform UAT where required
- Tracking on Ops Team performances including SLAs and TATs
- Engagement with stakeholders and issue resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from a reputable University
- Minimum 12 years’ related working experience within the Banking industry, Operations space covering Client Onboarding, Treasury, Trades & Loans, Private Banking, Deposits & Remittances
- Relevant experience in operational management and operating as an effective leader overseeing multiple teams
- Proven track record of change management and improving effectiveness and efficiency of business processes
- Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking headquarter counterparties
