We are actively in search of a seasoned and driven individual to assume the position of Deputy Chief Operational Officer (COO), overseeing operational processes and strategies in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans and objectives to expand the business, penetrate new markets, and increase market share. Working closely with senior management to align business development strategies with overall company goals.


2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events. Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients or customers.


3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.


4. Proposal Development and Presentation: Creating compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the organization's products or services. Customizing offerings to meet the specific needs of clients and prospects.


5. Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients or partners. Closing deals and securing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.


6. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations to support business development initiatives. Coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in recruitment, outsourcing, or a related field.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations. Must be well aware of MOM Regulations.
  3. Strong operational and management skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated a strong ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence
  6. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in these industries.
  7. Hands-on person who is positive, proactive and accountable.
  8. Business development and handling sales from corporate clients
  9. Must be able to represent the company as required, including attendance at industry events and public meetings.

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, business administration or management.
  2. Ideally, it would be preferable to have a background in finance and business management.
  3. Need to have CEI Certificate.
