- Acquisition of new customers and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify opportunities to increase volume , profitability ,sales and strategic opportunities for growth
- Identify new sales leads and secure sales appointments
- Responsible for following up with customers on outstanding payment within the stipulated timeframe
- Monitor and achieve own and subordinates’ sales target and KPIs set by the company, milestones and invoices accuracy
- Gather market intelligence and understand market trends in the food industry pertaining to food equipment, processing and packaging
- Understand clients’ requirements and propose recommendations and solutions
- Propose quotations and follow up with clients on the proposal
- Make recommendations for business improvements and build standard operating procedures
- Monitor and liaise with Customer on their stock level
- Weekly Sales reporting to the Managing Director
Requirements
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license preferred
- Minimum of O level or equivalent
- Min. 1 years of sales experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Proactive and fast adaptability
- Good team player with high initiative and the ability to work independently
