Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the service training needs of the restaurant.
• Develop and execute training programs to improve service standards.
• Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
• Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
• Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets the restaurant's needs and improves the customer's dining experience.
• Assess service employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
• Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
• Effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the restaurant's goals.
• Assist in service operations and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Has at least 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche
• Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
