Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the service training needs of the restaurant.
- Develop and execute training programs to improve service standards.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets the restaurant's needs and improves the customer's dining experience.
- Assess service employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement.
- Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
- Effectively communicate with team members and management.
- Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the restaurant's goals.
- Assist in service operations and on-the-job training.
Qualifications
- Has at least 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B establishments of a similar niche
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
