Job duties:
- Follow up and liaise with overseas suppliers on shipment delivery and preparing monthly documentation for shipping insurance
- Updating purchase order confirmation with overseas suppliers
- Assist in execution of allocation planning and stock transfer for new product launches.
- Preparing and updating purchase launch plan regularly
- Preparing and conducting monthly seasonal/new product trainings to Promoters
- Assist in monitoring overall stock movement and ensure stocks are available in E-commerce and other online channels
- Maintain pricing records and make any revisions if necessary
- Support operations when necessary
Requirements
- Diploma in Merchandising, Fashion Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in similar role preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel and Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
