Technical Support Manager - Marine

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Utilize deep technical and commercial knowledge to develop customer solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring product innovations remain relevant.
  • Support sales colleagues in presenting bespoke solutions with deep product insight.
  • Provide technical support for customer presentations, trade shows, and events.
  • Deliver product knowledge training to colleagues and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Review customer order specifications and ensure accurate costings and offer development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product feedback and support category management decisions.

Skills

Essential

  • Technical product experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with accountability for achieving goals.
  • Technical product and managerial experience.
