- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring product innovations remain relevant.
- Support sales colleagues in presenting bespoke solutions with deep product insight.
- Provide technical support for customer presentations, trade shows, and events.
- Deliver product knowledge training to colleagues and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Review customer order specifications and ensure accurate costings and offer development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product feedback and support category management decisions.
