A growing mental health agency is looking for a suitable candidate to fill up the following position by 1 June 2024.
Job description:
1. Respond to clients' and stakeholders' enquiries
2. Coordination
3. Data entry
4. Simple accounting and book keeping
5. Reception and admin duties
6. Assist in the centre's daily operation, including ensuring our centres are in good position.
Requirements
1. Honest, trustworthy
2. Able to work with minimum supervision
3. Customer oriented with pleasant disposition
4. Eye for details
5. Knowledge of excel, words and PowerPoint
6. Proficient in written and spoken English
7. Familiar with social media, such as facebook and Instagram
8. Keen to learn
Education:
Minimum diploma in customer service, administration or a related discipline.
Working Hours
Five days of 5 hours each day or 4 full days with at least one Saturday per month (flexibility to discuss)
Possiblity to transit into a fulltime position
Remuneration
Fulltime: Minimum $2,300 and above
Part-time: $1400 and above
