Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to contribute to the development and execution of the brand's marketing calendar and promotional strategies.
Content Creation: Assist in the creation and management of marketing content, including social media posts, website updates, and all other promotional materials.
Digital Marketing: Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and social media management.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences, providing insights for strategy development.
Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and making adjustments as needed to ensure campaign success.
Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Public Relations: Help manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and communication with industry partners.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of brand-related events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the brand's presence on various social media platforms, including content scheduling, engagement with followers, and community management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, design, and external agencies, to ensure brand consistency and successful marketing campaigns.
Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
Innovation and New Market Opportunities: Assist in piloting innovations and exploring new market opportunities, identifying strategies and approaches to drive brand growth.
Work will entail retail consumer psychology, traditional offline marketing and digital creative application of marketing content.
Candidates needs to be creative, resourceful, open minded and goal oriented. It will be essential to be performance driven.
Minimum working experience of 3 years; Singapore and Malaysians welcome. Having experience in interior design, architecture, lighting design, lighting whole sale trades will be essential experience. Personnel should have skills in photography, creative design, video editing, market research and business sales.
Salary includes basic and commission based on team's target
Basic:(SGD2700 - SGD 3500 per mth)
Commission: >1000 per mth
