Job Description


As a Partner Account Manager in our Talent Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer reach and impact across Philippines, Thailand and South Korea. Your primary objective will be to accelerate our business growth by cultivating strong relationships and driving strategic engagement with new/existing channel partners and agencies.


This is a quota-carrying role. You will recruit, develop and manage new/existing channel partners effectively, co-develop annual business plan, activity and attainment together to meet revenue goals. You will serve as a trusted and strategic resource for all things LinkedIn and transform our partners into LinkedIn evangelists.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets by acquiring and developing new/existing channel partners, particularly within HR Tech and/or Digital Learning ecosystems
  • Establish and nurture a robust ecosystem of Go-to-Market (GTM) Channel Partners for Talent Solutions across Philippines, Thailand and South Korea
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in HR Tech and HR industry, effectively communicating the benefits of digital transformation to clients and partner C-level executives
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales representatives to drive incremental revenue and maximize business opportunities
  • Lead joint business planning initiatives with channel partners, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives and maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Conduct regular forecast calls with channel partners to track progress and optimize deal velocity.
  • Utilize your experience in sourcing, qualifying, and forming strategic relationships with channel partners at the CXO level.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant channels/ partnership/ business development experience
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets through partner management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and Knowledge of the SEA market
  • Experience with recruiting, digital learning, HR Tech, ERP and HR solutions.
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair partnership.
  • Experience of SaaS channel development.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • Extensive collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable to travel (20% travelling required)
