Our client, makes sophisticated nurse call systems, enterprise reporting and analytics tools, and industry-leading software applications for caregivers and clinical staff is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Project & Marketing Assistant .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to phone calls and walk-in customers
- Support the Project Team on progressive claims
- Responsible for order processing and generating all relevant delivery and shipping documents
- Work closely with sales and project team for any clarification on specifications required by customers
- Update project forecast and prepare monthly project reporting on pending orders at end of the month
- Assist your peers in their absent
- Simple Accounting knowledge for AR and AP function will be an added advantages
- Add-hoc Admin function as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant project coordination experience
- Must have good computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint) & QuickBook

- Location : Ang Mo Kio
- Working Days/Hours : 5 days / 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Salary: $2,400 higher + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
