Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Financial Strategy Management: Develop financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals. Provide financial advice to senior management to support business growth and development.

· Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and fund management. Optimize cash flow processes to ensure liquidity while maximizing capital utilization efficiency.

· Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance to support decision-making.

· Budget Management: Develop and monitor company budgets to ensure funds are used effectively and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with departments to set budget goals and monitor execution.

· Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and legal requirements. Manage tax affairs, communicate with tax authorities, and ensure timely payment of all taxes.

· Risk Management: Identify and evaluate financial risks faced by the company and develop appropriate risk management strategies. Ensure financial activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

· Shareholder Relations Management: Maintain close communication with company shareholders, provide financial reports and analysis, address their financial-related inquiries, and promptly resolve any potential concerns.

· Team Leadership and Training: Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring efficient team operations and goal achievement. Provide training and development opportunities to help team members continually improve professional skills.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.

· Five or more years of experience in financial management, with preference given to those with experience in the food and beverage industry.

· Solid financial knowledge and skills, familiarity with financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels and shareholders.

· Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, able to manage teams effectively and drive business development.

· Deep understanding of financial risk management and fund optimization, able to effectively address various challenges.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make quick decisions and drive execution.
