Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
· Process Payroll - accurate & timely payment of employees' payroll (Times Software)
· Prepare bank files for submission, prepare CPF and IRAS submission
· Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and journal to Finance
· Manage recruitment, interviewing candidates & following up on the hiring process
· Administer work pass matters, application, renewal, cancellation, and others
· Provide day to day admin duties
· Assist to answer phone calls
· Participate in HR meeting, company’s events & activities
· Undertakes in other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Min 1-2 years’ HR experience in similar role
· Basic knowledge of local employment legislation
· Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
· Able to speak Chinese and Malay as to liaise with Chinese and Malay speaking associates
Other Information:
· 5 days week @ Pandan Road
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, meticulous in work
· Preferably Singaporean Citizens or PR Female only
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
