We are looking for Contract Warranty Claims Manager to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry
Job description:
- Manage and process regional claims from six service partners across different countries.
- Review and validate claim documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely submission of claims into the warranty system.
- Coordinate spare parts procurement, shipment, and return processes with service partners.
- Expedite critical parts delivery to ensure prompt restoration of equipment.
Requirement:
- A Degree/Diploma along with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in warranty administration, customer service, or administrative positions.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to multitask, manage workload priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Keen attention to detail and precision in data entry and record maintenance.
