Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Senior Franchise Business Managerto manage, develop and grow our Franchise Partners and advance our ambition to be the global franchisor of choice in Coffee & Tea. You will transform the way we engage with our Franchise Partners, to systematize and have better visibility and structure.


Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with a cross-functional team including Operations & Training, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and HR, you will:

  • Build trust and strong relationships with Franchise Partners through continuous engagement and performance monitoring to advance our shared goals
  • Establish operating rhythms starting with annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, monthly reporting and operational audits to uncover and execute on areas of opportunity
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee-specific business plans and budgets
  • Interpret business performance reports, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary
  • Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention
  • Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his/her region
  • Identify in-store training needs and implement (OTJ) on the job training interventions and coaching
  • Collaborate with Marketing Business Partner to influence and support Franchise marketing strategies and implementation of national marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements i.e. point of sale, premiums etc.


Your Ingredients

  • Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in related field
  • Experience in progressively responsible roles, including 5+ years with a well- established food industry/QSR company, preferably coffee & tea
  • Experience with multi-unit retail and international franchise, preferably with market entries
  • Financial and business acumen: demonstrated ability to uncover and exploit opportunities to optimize operations and profitability
  • Strong understanding of operations and logistics, particularly as they relate to execution of marketing programs (retail, food & beverage and franchise experience a plus)
  • International business background and experience working across cultures
  • Growth mindset
  • Approaches issues and opportunities in a collaborative but independent manner
  • International travel when required
