YOUR ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for a growth specialist to develop within a VC-backed startup that aims to become the next global consumer goods giant. As a Performance Creative Strategist, you will be in charge of scaling one of the largest brands in our portfolio to become a regional and global champion. All while working closely with the founding team.
Key responsibilities include:
[60%] – Creative Strategy & Execution
- Coming up with a creative strategy to scale the brand, which includes thinking about angles, offers, audience; achieved using a mix of customer research and implementing a creative testing framework
- Managing a creative production pipeline to ensure we always have sufficient creatives to test and scale
- Getting your hands dirty to create creatives when needed. This includes creating static ads (statics), writing scripts, filming and editing (videos)
[40%] – P&L Management and Brand Strategy
- Managing the P&L of the brand to assess direct impact of creatives (ROAS)
- Analyse brand data (financials, ad performance, website performance etc.) to develop strategies to increase conversions / sales / margins
- Understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape) – which will supplement creative strategy as well
YOUR PROFILE
Requirements:
- Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in performance creatives, marketing, or a creative function preferably at a fast-paced startup
- Experience with using Figma or Canva
- Outstanding project management skills in managing multiple workstreams
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial drive. A self-starter that takes initiative, is comfortable with ambiguity and is willing to get hands dirty, and a fast learner
- Demonstrates high quality judgement and decision-making, end-to-end thinking, as well as strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exuding credibility, maturity, and empathy
Advantageous:
- Managed or even built your own e-commerce business / brand
- Experience with Facebook ads media buying
