Job Description:
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
- Act as a liaison between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying and addressing potential delays or issues proactively.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and tender submissions.
- Organize and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Project Manager when necessary, providing updates and representing the project team's interests.
- Assist in the coordination of project logistics, including equipment rentals, material deliveries, and site access.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and receipts, and assist in budget tracking and cost control efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in any construction field or related
- Minimum 2 years of M&E background
- Have experience in ACMV
