We're hiring a Sales Travel Coordinator to join our team! This role involves managing travel inquiries, bookings, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling travel inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about services, itineraries, & pricing.
- Coordinating travel bookings for transportation, and tours with accuracy & efficiency.
- Building strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and service providers to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Promoting travel packages, special offers, & promotions to drive sales leads & revenue.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to attract & retain clients.
- Processing payments, issuing invoices, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Staying updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, & feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Managing client relationships to understand preferences and anticipate needs.
- Supporting the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative assistance and generating leads.
- Staying informed about travel products and industry trends to effectively promote and sell packages.
- Preparing sales reports, analyzing metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- O level
- Must have minimum 2 years of travel agency operation experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
