Responsibilities

  • Receive, coordinate, and dispatch customer support requests to Field Engineers and Technical Support Engineers, following established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with departmental standards.
  • Update and verify information in the Service Management System database, ensuring data integrity.
  • Generate routine system reports, including availability and scheduling reports, using Excel and other software as needed.
  • Process service parts orders via IBS/IFS or order entry forms.
  • Complete assigned tasks such as invoicing and monthly revenue reports.

Requirements

  • Handle customer and field engineering calls professionally.
  • Address and prioritize customer issues.
  • Recognize escalation needs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Perform computer data entry.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Heavy telephone contact.
  • Able to start work immediately
