Responsibilities
- Receive, coordinate, and dispatch customer support requests to Field Engineers and Technical Support Engineers, following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with departmental standards.
- Update and verify information in the Service Management System database, ensuring data integrity.
- Generate routine system reports, including availability and scheduling reports, using Excel and other software as needed.
- Process service parts orders via IBS/IFS or order entry forms.
- Complete assigned tasks such as invoicing and monthly revenue reports.
Requirements
- Handle customer and field engineering calls professionally.
- Address and prioritize customer issues.
- Recognize escalation needs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Perform computer data entry.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Heavy telephone contact.
- Able to start work immediately
