About the role:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for market research initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization (client and internal) to achieve project goals and adjust project plans as necessary to respond to changing needs and requirements.
- Design and execute comprehensive market research studies using both qualitative methods (focus groups, in-depth interviews) and quantitative techniques (surveys, statistical analysis).
- Employ advanced research methodologies such as social listening and digital ethnography to capture broader market sentiments.
- Conduct extensive desk research to extract relevant data and trends from industry reports, academic publications, and other sources including internal and client content / reports.
- Analyze data meticulously to uncover patterns, trends, and insights tailored to client needs.
- Synthesize findings from diverse sources to provide clear, actionable insights that reinforce strategic decision-making for clients.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional client teams (marketing, product development, sales) to ensure research objectives are strategically aligned with business goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in research methodologies to continually enhance our research practices and deliverables.
Your background:
- Experience in market research, particularly within the software platforms / technology sector.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other analytical tools.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to derive strategic insights from complex data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively
