Responsibilities
Maintain Quality Systems
- Administer CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), DCR (Document Change Requests), Internal Audit, and CCR (Customer Complaint Records) processes within the organization.
- Assist the quality manager in managing Quality systems.
Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including MOH Healthcare Services Act and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain compliance with accreditation and certification standards such as AABB, FACT, GDP-MDS SS 620, and other relevant standards.
Quality Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and review quality indicators and quality control reports across departments.
- Perform deviations/non-conformances (CAPA) follow-up for root cause analysis, rectification, and process improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments for company activities.
Audit Management
- Perform Internal Audits and support External Audit to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Support supplier/vendor qualification and audits.
- Assist regional office on quality matters.
Document Control and Reporting
- Manage the Document Control system and ensure staff compliance with the use of controlled and approved documents.
- Maintain electronic and written records/reports.
- Support change control activities.
Requirements:
- Min diploma with 3 years of relevant experience in Quality System, preferably in Healthcare and/or Health Services.
- Demonstrated experiences in administering quality systems (CAPA, DCR, Internal Audit, and CCR)
- Familiarity with certification standards such as AABB, FACT, GDP-MDS SS 620
