Job Description

  • Attend site meeting and project co-ordination.
  • Project administration (plan, schedule, coordinating and project managing work/program).
  • Supervise unstuffing and warehousing , delivery at site, logistic and after sales support.
  • Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship.
  • Proper filing and archiving of all official documents, drawings, correspondences, and electronic submissions related to day-to-day operations of Projects Department.
  • Prepare documents for closing of account or handover to maintenance team/client after project completion.
  • Any other duties assigned from HOD.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent Organizational and Project Management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written, and a positive attitude towards fostering teamwork among associates in a support role.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in handling Projects.
  • Minimum Diploma holder

Other Information

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) Alt.
  • Working Location: Alexandra Rd, Delta House
