Responsibilities
- Proficient in managing order processing, generating quotations, and overseeing delivery shipments.
- Assist Sales Team in meetings and follow-ups for timely client responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams for repair deadlines and efficient product deliveries.
- Act as a liaison for counterparts, ensuring smooth communication with internal teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong ability to efficiently multitask, prioritize, and execute daily tasks.
- Experience in sales support or operations coordination would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
