Job Details:
Salary: $3,000 (Included transport allowance)
Work duration: Contract till 31st Dec 2024 (Renewable depending on performance and project needs)
Working hours: 5 days work per week Monday – Sunday (Based on duty roster). Up to 44 hours per week.
Work location: Clarke Quay / Novena MRT (work in office & on the field)
Job Summary:
Collection Methods:
- Via inbound and outbound call activity
- Via field visits out to households and members of public
Data submission:
- The incumbent is expected to perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files assigned to them
- The incumbent must also submit the survey data collection details into the system and submit the completed survey
- During field visits, incumbent must also assist the respondents to complete the surveys online / manual collection and guide the respondents if the respondents need necessary guidance
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in Sales support / Customer insights / Customer relations departments / Banking & Finance call centers, would be advantageous
- Must be competent in MS Excel.
