Responsibilities:
- Lead social content strategy and execution across social media channels (Instagram & TikTok) to drive awareness, conversion, and engagement
- Curate existing content and explore innovative ways to repurpose content to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Responsible for monthly reports analysing brand and competitor performance, offering insights and identifying growth opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts including engaging with followers, addressing inquiries or concerns, and promoting company initiatives through digital channels.
- Complete other assignments as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of social media management experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a passion for social media are welcome
- An avid user of various social media platforms with a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Experience with Photoshop, Canva & Capcut
- Candidates are encouraged to show examples of relevant work
- Fluent in Chinese and English communication
