My client, an international trading house, is looking for an Executive Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to top management and internal stakeholders
- Arrange travel arrangements, confirm reservations and create itineraries for upcoming travel
- Coordinate flight and hotel bookings
- Manage the CEO's chauffeur overtime claims and related tasks
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents
- Supervise office upkeep, including reception, meeting rooms, pantry, and stationary supplies
- Preparation of Company gifts, Company DND and Research
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in business administrative or equivalent
- Working experience as an administrator is a plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
