This person is a key contributor to deliver on financial targets set to the respective function. He/she will
work therefor closely together with functional leadership teams and support them with high quality
performance tracking and business forecasting.
Key accountability include:
▪ Support Business Partnering to functional leaders (CXO) and their leadership team incl. budgeting,
forecasting and monthly performance reviews
▪ Leads setting of financial targets to deliver plans
▪ Leads the ROI process and drives action to deliver forecast
▪ Owns bottom line cost actions/drives execution to targets setting up clear YoY cost view as part of
strategic improvement plans
▪ Support and challenge business cases and follow up
▪ Provide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates…)
▪ Monitor function productivity plans (FTE, Consulting, Software, Materials)
Experience
▪ Your roles in Finance Business Partner, Business Controller or Business Analyst have equipped
you with a proficient financial toolbox, preferably gained in medium/large corporations
▪ You have worked with in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial
business support and business cases
▪ You understand P&L dynamics and have hands-on experience with tools like PowerBI and Excel

▪ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – ability to clearly demonstrate and explain
financial performance and underlying business drivers to a range of audiences
▪ Excellent people skills, capability to build excellent working relationships with senior stakeholders
in corporate, and within the Group Functions teams
