Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, guides and ensures there is smooth functioning of business operations and development. This individual plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of various projects within the organization.
I. Coordination and Communication
· Assist in project planning and scheduling, including defining project scope, objectives, allocate resources, and ensure and timeliness re deadlines are met by internal and external key components of the whole operation
· Coordinate project initiatives, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
· Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders
· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drafting project plans, reports, business correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting minutes
· Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members within the organization and with external stakeholders
· Assist in the evaluation and selection of project tools and technologies
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function
II. Policy Compliance:
· Ensure adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements
· Assist in risk management by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies
· Staying informed about changes in regulations and update policies accordingly.
III. Partnership Management:
· Establish, manage and maintain strong partnerships with professional organizations and influencers from Europe and other parts of the world to ensure satisfaction and explore further collaboration possibilities.
· Collaborate with external entities to enhance platform offerings
· Implement and maintain service standards
· Address inquiries, feedback and concerns in a timely manner
· Plan and execute business negotiations and discussions aimed at securing partnership agreements and driving continuous business growth
· May require to travel to attend industry-related conferences and events to expand networks and enhance brand visibility
· Work closely with team members to ensure smooth project progress and achievement of business objectives
· Develop and implement business development strategies, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and risk assessment
Primary Qualifications:
· Has strong critical thinking, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in the use of English and (Chinese) Mandarin language.
· A degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Interior Design is preferred and took up his / her MBA (graduate-level degree) or took up after-graduate continuing education on business-related courses with strong work experience in handling and managing business OR;
at least a degree holder of Bachelor of Business Administrator or business-related course with not less than 7years work experience in the ff. industry: Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Interior Design and Engineering.
· Negotiation skills (understanding the needs and concerns of all parties involved to create a sound decision that is mutually beneficial).
· Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes and laws specific to Singapore.
Secondary Qualifications:
· Has an ability to develop a foundational understanding of contract law and some principles. (Includes knowledge of key contract elements such as: offer / proposal, acceptance, consideration, legality, and more.
· Can comprehend and draft service contracts, sales contracts, partnership agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
· Ability to identify potential risks associated with different contractual arrangements.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Excellent communication and multitasking skills abilities
· Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
· Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
· Proficiency in project management tools and software
· Leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team.
· Desire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and training.
