Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a team of housekeeping & maintenance staff & external contractors.
- Providing operational and administrative support to the HOD
- Assist in budget planning and ensuring budget is kept in check
- Manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the Club.
- Supervision of contractors on servicing of housekeeping & maintenance services, pest control, landscape maintenance, laundry, cleaning & ancillary works etc.
- Conducting routine inspection of all facilities and housekeeping equipment
- Attend to feedback from members, tenants, management and staff to recommend corrective actions
- Maintain e-filing and documentation for maintenance & housekeeping sections
- Raise purchase requisition for purchases, housekeeping consumable items & facilities repair works.
- Training of new staff and retraining of existing staff
- Evaluate performance of subordinate staff and encourage staff to develop positive work behavior and attitude.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Building Services/ Facilities Management or GCE 'O'/'A' Level
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
- Prior experience in Hotels/Clubs will be an added advantage
- Experience in ISO compliance or audit will be a plus
- Able to write and speak English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in facilities management & housekeeping services
- Knowledge and operation of FM system
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task in a demanding environment
- 5 days work week (Able to perform shifts)
