Job Description

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the successful candidate will play an important role in driving and delivering end-to-end operations strategies and management of materials throughout multiple product categories and lines.

  • Strategize and optimize the company's global flow of materials to deliver operational efficiency while ensuring sustainable supplies across manufacturing sites
  • End-to-end demand supply planning and materials management to ensure order fulfillment
  • Lead the global materials management team to ensure that best manufacturing practice is being deployed and to seek opportunity for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver strategies meeting customer demands in cost effective and productive manner.
  • Define and deploy a robust inventory management and reporting systems, enabling data driven decision making and global supply network optimisation through integration and analytics study.


The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this position, the candidate will have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain
  • At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management with strong direct material management experience
  • Global experience working in matrix organisations will be highly regarded
  • Prior experience working in international consumer electronics/manufacturing firms will be highly regarded
  • Strong leadership and business acumen skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
