Sales Engineer / Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Explore potential customers and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
  • Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Planning of sales visit to customer to address customer’s needs.
  • Preparation of sales proposal, quotations and attending customer’s enquiries.
  • Conduct engaging technical presentations to illustrate product features and benefits to existing and prospective customers.
  • Preparation of document / presentation materials for tender project.
  • Liaising with internal & external stakeholder on project progression including performance bond preparation, delivery lead time, installation date etc.
  • Follow up payment status with client.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognised institution are welcomed
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales & administrative roles in engineering industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to start immediately / Technical background will be a plus
  • Willing travel to overseas
