JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- To perform general Project administration & support project daily operations
- Attending Phone Calls
- Manage Main Contractor & Sub-contractor claim
- Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
- Estimate construction cost in competitive manner
- Monitor monthly progress
- Evaluation of price comparison summary
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
- Able to work under fast paced environment
- Able to start work immediately
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the Construction Industry
