Job Description
- Responsible for all Administration duties for the company.
- Tender coordination including compilation of tender documents and ensure all mandatory documents are completed, accurate for submission of tender.
- Preparation of work schedule and project co-ordination.
- Administer of local and foreign workers wages.
- Management of foreign workers affairs and social activities.
- Liaise with suppliers on purchases and negotiation of pricing from Singapore, Malaysia, China, Vietnam.
- Prepare and submit for client enquiry/quotation.
- Co-ordinate with customers on delivery and monitoring of work schedule.
- Maintain good and proper filing system.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in Administration/Construction is required for this position.
- Able to work under pressure and work independently.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Fast-learner, disciplined, result-oriented.
- Able to work at construction site and outdoor condition
