Job Summary:
As the Customer Development Executive for Traditional On-Premises (TOP), your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role will be responsible for leading a sales operation team as an advisor, coach, and motivate his/her team to build a strong pillar to ensure growth & achieve short- & long-term goals. He/she must develop a strategic partnership with existing and potential chained customers in the “Away from Home” consumption channel- Traditional On-Premises. It will identify and capture opportunities to increase company representative in these segments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and implement sales goals and strategies for TOP key account channels assigned.
- Increase market penetration company’s products and agency products
- Build rapport with existing key customers by having a routine visit
- Identity and track new customer and competitive account opportunities
- Able to lead a team of 3 to 4 sales reps
- Plan KPI and sales target for the team and ensure that the reps can achieve their target
- Deals with direct key accounts
- Prepares credit note
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Must haves: Candidates are required to own his or her own vehicle
- Sales background needed
- Basic Microsoft office skills
- Able to speak fluently (English, Chinese)
Monthly Basic Salary: S$ 3,200 – S$ 3,400
Monthly Mobile Allowance: S$ 60
Monthly Car Allowance: S$ 1,000
