Adecco is partnering with the Global Leader in Medical Device for their manufacturing facility
The Job:
- Assign scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance tasks to facilities Technicians, supervising and ensuring execution.
- Apply deep technical expertise in facility systems operation and maintenance, facilitating knowledge transfer and devising process changes.
- Lead minor facilities projects, managing contractors, vendors, and consultants to develop plans and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Conduct or supervise corrective actions for equipment failures, including impact assessment reports and compliance documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively, proposing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Analyze predictive inspection data with engineers to plan preventive maintenance actions and prevent system breakdowns.
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to enhance processes and optimize operations.
- Provide training and guidance to lower-level technicians as needed.
- Assist engineers in validating facilities systems, including clean room systems.
- Review and improve Preventive Maintenance, TPM, and calibration processes with engineers, while managing equipment spare parts and asset lists.
The Talent:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or engineering discipline
- 5 - 7 years of facility management and maintenance working experience in manufacturing facility aspect
- Medical Device working exprience is an advantage
- Knowledge of EHS, GxP and Quality practices
