- Research on design concepts and prepare a quotation for client meetings, ,
- Able to liaise with Carpenters/Contractors during the Process of Planning and Designing,
- Able to deal on Site, Meet Clients and Selection of Materials, Prepare a schedule to coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and suppliers, Project supervision and cost negotiation
- Know how to use AutoCad, Sketch Up & 3D Max
- Good command of English and Mandarin (in order to coordinate with English and Mandarin speaking Carpenters/Contractors for process of planning and designing and also to handle queries and request from English and Chinese speaking clients in regards with the design concepts matters.)
- Must be a team player
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College
