What to expect As the Senior Executive / Assistant Key Account Manager for the Sales team, you will be in charge of managing retail channels. You will play a key role in helping to accelerate sales revenue by establishing close working relationships with the business partners of the account you are in charge of. At the same time, you will also have the opportunity to better understand the internal workings of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities and manage operations, budget, inventory, and people effectively. Conduct market analysis, present sales proposals, and evaluate sales results. Manage trade partners relationships and inventory levels. Work closely with the Sales Planning team on sales forecast and budget management. Supervise and mentor the merchandising team and Beauty advisors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree holders with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry working in a similar capacity
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (For Assistant Key Account Manager)
- Relevant experience in negotiation with trade partners and understanding of consumer channels
- Tenacity in achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify new opportunities for growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly driven and motivated team-player
