RESPONSIBLE:
- Planning and ensure correct work sequences and procedures for daily operations
- Leading and managing of workers and sub-contractors
- Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site;
- Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget;
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from workplace and/or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities;
- Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at the workplace;
- Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site;
- Implement necessary control measure to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence;
- Monitoring of cost and cash flow, manage budget for the project allocation
Requirement
- B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management or any degree holder
- With min. 8 years’ project engineering, management experience or equivalent combination of training and experience are necessary
- Preferably experience in PRECAST industry
- Able to work under stress and independently
